  • We’ll walk along the 1km wetland trail where we will stop at the dock to explore the many critters, like invertebrates, that live in the water. We’ll collect, measure, and take a good look at the invertebrates and will also learn about how to test the quality of the water.
  • During lunch, participants will have time to explore the Wetland Centre and get up close and personal with the resident species, including turtles, axolotls, snakes, and more!
  • We’ll follow lunch with a guided walk through the Park where we’ll meet the 40+ species living there, including moose, bears, otters, and many more!
  • We’ll wrap up the day back at the Wetland Centre.
