New this year! We are now offering a range of spring programs across our three age ranges: Junior (9-12), Intermediate (12-15), and Advanced (15-18). Unlike our summer programs, there is no nomination process for field trips. Registration is first come, first served, and can be completed on the program’s Eventbrite page.
All programs are:
- Based in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick
- Pay-what-you-can
- Taught by women in science
- Open to girls+ (girls and under-represented genders) ages 9-18 who live in the Maritime provinces (NB, NS, PEI) and who also meet our nomination criteria
- Small, with only 8-12 participants
- Welcoming, inclusive environments
- Primarily outdoors
- One day long
- Designed for all skill levels – no prior knowledge is required
All programs feature:
- Hands-on learning in a fun & casual environment
- Mentorship from women in STEM
- Exciting and memorable activities that inspire love for STEM & nature

May 14th | 10:00am – 3:00pm | Beaubassin Research Station & Tantramar Wetland Centre, NB | (1 space left!)
